天山網訊(xun)通(tong)(tong)訊(xun)員王成(cheng)光報道(dao)10月10日,由石河(he)子貴(gui)航農(nong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)裝備有限責任公司和(he)新(xin)(xin)(xin)疆(jiang)農(nong)墾(ken)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)院科(ke)(ke)神農(nong)業(ye)裝備科(ke)(ke)技開(kai)發有限公司聯(lian)合(he)(he)承擔的(de)(de)國(guo)家科(ke)(ke)技支撐計(ji)劃大(da)型自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化棉(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)收(shou)(shou)獲(huo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)關鍵(jian)(jian)技術的(de)(de)開(kai)發與示(shi)范項(xiang)目通(tong)(tong)過國(guo)家驗收(shou)(shou)。中(zhong)國(guo)農(nong)業(ye)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械化科(ke)(ke)學(xue)研(yan)究院院長方憲法、中(zhong)國(guo)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)識別技術協(xie)會(hui)副理事長黃永友等(deng)(deng)7名專家參加(jia)驗收(shou)(shou)。為解決(jue)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)收(shou)(shou)獲(huo)時依賴人(ren)工(gong)采(cai)(cai)摘、棉(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)采(cai)(cai)摘機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)械化程度低(di)等(deng)(deng)問題,新(xin)(xin)(xin)疆(jiang)農(nong)墾(ken)科(ke)(ke)學(xue)院、石河(he)子貴(gui)航農(nong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)裝備有限責任公司等(deng)(deng)單(dan)位(wei)圍繞大(da)型自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化棉(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)收(shou)(shou)獲(huo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)關鍵(jian)(jian)技術開(kai)展攻關,初步形成(cheng)了(le)(le)兩(liang)種(zhong)不(bu)同工(gong)作原(yuan)理的(de)(de)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)收(shou)(shou)獲(huo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)樣機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),積累了(le)(le)雄(xiong)厚的(de)(de)技術儲備。該項(xiang)目以研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)和(he)開(kai)發水平摘錠(ding)式(shi)和(he)梳齒式(shi)兩(liang)種(zhong)不(bu)同采(cai)(cai)摘方式(shi)的(de)(de)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)收(shou)(shou)獲(huo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)為總目標,以解決(jue)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)收(shou)(shou)獲(huo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)生(sheng)產(chan)中(zhong)的(de)(de)關鍵(jian)(jian)技術和(he)加(jia)工(gong)工(gong)藝難題為核心內(nei)容,研(yan)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)出(chu)符合(he)(he)兵團和(he)新(xin)(xin)(xin)疆(jiang)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)種(zhong)植(zhi)特點的(de)(de)、具有自(zi)(zi)主(zhu)知識產(chan)權的(de)(de)兩(liang)種(zhong)類型棉(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)收(shou)(shou)獲(huo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。該項(xiang)目攻克了(le)(le)多(duo)項(xiang)技術難關,取(qu)得(de)了(le)(le)多(duo)項(xiang)技術創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)。其中(zhong)水平摘錠(ding)式(shi)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)收(shou)(shou)獲(huo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)在采(cai)(cai)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)頭制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造關鍵(jian)(jian)技術、采(cai)(cai)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)頭動(dong)態檢測系(xi)統(tong)、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)對行控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技術、采(cai)(cai)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)等(deng)(deng)方面取(qu)得(de)了(le)(le)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)梳齒式(shi)棉(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)聯(lian)合(he)(he)采(cai)(cai)收(shou)(shou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)在整機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)合(he)(he)理化配置、棉(mian)(mian)(mian)鈴收(shou)(shou)集裝置和(he)風機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)設計(ji)等(deng)(deng)方面取(qu)得(de)了(le)(le)重大(da)突破,為實(shi)現大(da)型自(zi)(zi)動(dong)化棉(mian)(mian)(mian)花(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)收(shou)(shou)獲(huo)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)國(guo)產(chan)化奠定了(le)(le)基礎。
